Atanium Corporation ("Atanium," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through atanium.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry or contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, the nature and scale of your inquiry, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically. We do not run analytics on the Site. Our hosting and security providers process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of delivering and protecting the Site. When you submit the contact form, we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address for a short period, solely to enforce submission rate limits and prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through the Site.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your request;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, form processing, and email), under obligations of confidentiality;
- professional advisors, where reasonably necessary;
- authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atanium, our clients, or others.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site, and we do not use third-party analytics services. We set only what is strictly necessary for the Site to function and to protect it from abuse:
Security and anti-spam. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated ones. Turnstile may set cookies under Cloudflare's own domain when it performs a check. It is used only to protect the form from abuse.
Basic site function. Your browser's local storage may hold short-lived technical values, such as your scroll position, so that pages behave as expected as you navigate.
We do not use any of this to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with other data. Because we set no non-essential cookies, the Site does not display a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, though the contact form may not work if Turnstile is blocked.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law.
Individuals in the EEA, UK, and other regions (e.g., GDPR): you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, contact us at info@atanium.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
International Transfers
Atanium operates internationally, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we take steps to provide an appropriate level of protection for such transfers.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
